WOLFORA'S WILD KIN
Wolfora × Okapi
The okapi is the forest giraffe of the Congo's Ituri rainforest — fewer than 30,000 remain in the wild and the population is declining. We paired Wolfora with the okapi because its dense, biodiverse forest understory mirrors the microbial richness that inspired the formula.
A portion of every Wolfora order supports the Okapi Conservation Project at the Epulu Station in the Ituri Forest.

"The okapi was the first wild kin we chose. More elusive than others. Just as worth protecting."

"I studied the interactions between wildlife and humans in East Africa twenty-five years ago. The okapi pairing isn't just marketing — it's part of why I'm a vet."

Packaging, honestly.
Our jars are infinitely recyclable aluminum — a material that can be reused indefinitely without losing quality. We're not going to claim "fully recyclable," because we're not there yet: the foam seal and outer shrink band are, for now, the trade-offs we accept to keep the product stable and tamper-evident. We're working on better alternatives, and we'll tell you when we find them.
Our commitment is to keep reducing consumer waste with packaging that's durable, recyclable, and honest about what it is.

Every December, we publish what we did — dollars contributed, projects funded, and what they meant for the species we support. No vague pledges. No percentage-of-profit footnotes. A clear accounting of where the money went.
